Viewing Keymarks While You Edit

 TNTEdit allows you to view all the keymarks (paragraph style tags) in a document in the left margin next to the corresponding text, as they would appear on a paper manuscript. Keymarks can also be printed in the left margin of a document, again without affecting the layout. See TNTDocPrint for more information.

To View Keymarks

1. Open the View Options dialog by pressing the view button on the toolbar, .

2. Check the Normal View option.

3. Check the Show KeyMarks check box:



4. Press OK to close the View Options dialog.

5. Keymarks for each paragraph appear along the left side of the document.



    Tip: To select an entire paragraph, including the paragraph mark. click on the paragraph's keymark in the left margin.
