Art & Table Place Holders

Place Holder keymarks are used to indicate where a piece of art, table, or chart will be placed in relation to the surrounding text, credits, and captions.

Applying a Place Holder Keymark

1. Place the insertion point anywhere in the paragraph that you want to keymark as a Place Holder.

2. From the right mouse button menu choose Art.



3. Click Art Place Holder.

To delete placeholders use the Delete ALL Placeholders function.
