Microsoft Word'sŪ Highlighter function is disabled when using TNTEdit. TNTEdit reserves the use of the highlighter to mark parts of a document that need to be checked. Font changes, ellipses, notes and other items are highlighted when AllMacsPrep and Allmacs clean up author files. Highlighter flags anything that needs to be checked in the document.

Finding Highlighter to Check Flagged Items

  1. Open the TNT Editorial Menu and select Highlighter > Find Highlighter

  2. Word's standard Find Dialog opens

  3. Click Find Next to move to the next instance of highlighter.

    4. Removing All Highlighter

From the TNTEditorial Menu select Highlighter > Remove All Highlighter
